A bitestrip is a device used to monitor bruxism, or teeth grinding. The bitestrip is placed in the mouth and records the pressure and frequency of clenching and grinding movements during sleep. This information can be used to diagnose and monitor bruxism, and to develop a treatment plan for individuals with this condition. This is a short summary article.
