The athens insomnia scale (ais) is a self-administered questionnaire used to assess the severity of insomnia. The ais asks individuals to rate various aspects of their sleep patterns and symptoms, such as difficulty falling asleep, nighttime awakenings, and morning fatigue, and provides a score that reflects the overall severity of insomnia. The ais can be used to monitor treatment progress and evaluate the effectiveness of various treatments for insomnia. This is a short summary article.
